Pies-On Pizza has worked hard to become the favorite dining spot in it's area. Today, this restaurant serves over 10,000 pizzas/month, but pizza is not the only food item this restaurant is known for. Some of Pies-On signature items our loyal and repeat customers love are our Greek Salad and our light, crispy, melty, and cheesy Bruschetta.
Pies-On Pizza was opened in 2006 by Dimitri Filippou. Dimitri came to the United States as a small child of Greek immigrants. After working in various restaurants, Dimitri's father opened up a pizza restaurant in Rhode Island. Dimitri lived right above this restaurant with his parents, siblings, and grandparents.
After working in the food industry for many years, Dimitri decided to open Pies-On Pizza in June 2006.
Dimitri wanted to give the citizens of Fayetteville and surrounding cities a quality food product. Their pizza is made up of fresh dough and in-house made pizza sauce.
Pies-On Pizza plays an active role in it's community. This restaurant is very active in its community. In 2007, Dimitri led an effort to feed 40 families on Thanksgiving. Feeling the need to contribute more, this act of kindness was repeated on a larger scale in December having fed 100 families.
